One of Serendotours' advantages is that we are on site. If something happens, it can be nice to have Swedes close at hand. We are located in Negombo and are always reachable by phone. You can also visit our office at 31/2/1 St Josephs Street in central Negombo.

We only deal with Sri Lanka. Having lived in the country ourselves since 2016, we know how it works, and have a great network here. We travel a lot ourselves and know what is good and bad, know the risks and opportunities, when people are honest or not. That's why we can offer you more than just a trip.

Our drivers are certified and experienced tourist drivers who also speak good English. They are flexible and used to listen to our travelers. We have handpicked all our hotels and guest houses, having been there ourselves and been shown good service with good standards.

Serendotours is registered with the SLTDA (Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority) which means we are authorized to operate tourism businesses in the country. All our cars and drivers are also insured - a security for our travelers. If you are traveling with children, we provide safe car seats from Sweden.
